Our Board

Milton Jordan is a Southwestern University graduate and retired United Methodist Pastor. He and his wife, Anne, have lived in Georgetown since retiring in 2005. They currently live at the Wesleyan Independent Living apartments on Williams Drive.

Milton has served on the Prosper Georgetown Board since its beginning as the Economic Justice Task Group of Courageous Conversations in 2016, as Chair until 2021. His particular interest is in informing consumers, employees, and employers of the value of a Living Wage, and encouraging their support for a Living Wage for all Georgetown’s workers.

Dr. Ronald L. Swain, born and raised in Georgia, is a servant leader and social entrepreneur, who started Swain Consulting Services in 2013. With experience in higher education, ministry, and consulting services he has a lot to offer as a current board member of Prosper Georgetown.  

Dan Bonner is a retired United Methodist pastor from Sulphur Springs, TX. He currently resides at The Wesleyan at Estrella in Georgetown, Texas.      

Lou Snead is a retired Presbyterian minister who has lived in Georgetown since 2012.  In his 36 years of active ministry, he served churches in Virginia, Dallas, Houston, and Austin.  Lou has been involved in a number of local community groups, including racial reconciliation efforts, affordable housing initiatives in Georgetown, environmental programs, and economic justice initiatives.

Stan Mauldin has over 40 years of experience in education from being a teacher, coach, and administrator. Currently, he serves as treasurer of the Prosper Georgetown board.    

Craig West has a PhD in Economics from Northwestern University and taught economics at the University of Maryland and Drake University. He moved to Georgetown in 2007 when he retired from the Federal Reserve System.
